Greenwich Maritime Bankside

WHAT WILL BE FILMED HERE? The first location for my shoot as its a likely place where people wait for others whilst enjoying scenery. It fits in with my brief as the man who will be waiting for his date here will be surrounded with tranquillity. I will be lming mostly establishing shots and long shots as the river Thames seemed like a good backdrop with rarely distractions ensuring good view of the skyline in the background. WHAT I LOOKED AT: I will film in the direction of the arrow; and my actors will walk in this direction. This area is ideal for filming because it is not very busy therefore there wont be much background noise or people interrupting the filming. Not many hazards could happen here as there are safety precautions already in place for example the gates separating the river to the public. A possible hazard for the female actress would be wearing heels on the surface may cause her to fall or trip.

WHAT WILL BE FILMED HERE? This is the second location for my shoot as its an imaginable place where people would enter and climb a grand staircase to a Masquerade ball wait for others whilst enjoying scenery. It fits in with my brief too as the couple here will be surrounded with peace and set off a romantic and elegant atmosphere which fits in with a company like Dior. I will be lming a variation of shots as The Queens House along with the background seemed like a good place to represent the elegance of a masquerade ball ensuring a sophisticated and believable entrance was presented. WHAT I LOOKED AT: I will film in the direction of the arrow; and my actors will walk in this direction. This area is ideal for filming because it is not very busy therefore there wont be much background noise or people interrupting the filming. Hazards are limited in this area however the ones that have a possibility of happening may affect my actors. A possible hazard for the female actress would be wearing heels and may trip or fall on stairs, however precautions will be taken.
