Ingredients
2 cups paneer# cut into 5$ mm. %2&' cubes
()2 cup capsicum# cut into 5$ mm. %2&' pieces
()2 cup thick curds
( teaspoon ginger paste
( teaspoon garlic paste
2 teaspoons chilli po*der
()2 teaspoon kasuri methi %dried fenugreek lea!es'
()2 teaspoon garam masala
2 tablespoons chopped coriander
( teaspoon chaat masala
( tablespoon oil
salt to taste

Method
(. Combine the curds# ginger paste# garlic paste# chilli po*der# kasuri methis# garam masala#
coriander# oil and salt and mi+ *ell to prepare a marinade.
2. Add the paneer and capsicum to it and keep aside for (5 minutes.
3. Arrange the marinated paneer and capsicum pieces in a shallo* galss dish and
micro*a!e on ,-., for 3 minutes.
