Dear FPTs Customer Support,

On April 22, 2014, I bought an iPhone at your store, my order no was: 220293. I paid the
bill and your store shipped iPhone for me on April 24, 2014. However, when I got the
package, I realised the screen broken with my phone, the crack was very big, it made me
impossible to use this phone.

According to rules of warranty, broken screen hadn't guarantee but in this case I didn't
break the screen of this phone. Maybe transporting company had broken it during
transporting process. Therefore, I wanted to change another one that similar to this one.

I believe in your store's prestige and guarantee service. I hope that your company will
solve my problem quickly.
