INTERNAL and EXTERNAL VACANCY

EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE:

OND in any Business/Technical Field or Advance Courses in Inventory Control and
Warehouse Management.
2 - 3 years relevant experience.
Hands-on experience of spare parts safe handling, proper storage, critical spares
preventive maintenance, goods receiving and issuing operation.
Familiarity with offloading, safe handling and storage of fuel. Can interpret fuel
haulage measurement.
Computer literate and Use of ERP is an added advantage.

REPORTING TO: Store Supervisor

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES AND ACTIVITIES
The Store Attendant is responsible in the observance of Health and Safety procedure in
the performance of duties.
Responsible on issuing of spare parts and supplies during coverage hours and perform
the fuel offloading operation according to the defined fuel receiving procedure.
Support warehouse activities such receiving, tagging and proper stacking of store
items according to the warehouse layout.
