Assumed duties under the program manager for Lending Transformation

and worked towards building optimal end-to-end experiences for both
Chase Card lending service representatives and Chase credit card
customers.
Specifically tasked with improving two Quick Hit Lending Transformation
initiatives which resulted in the creation of a memo template that can be
used by Lenders to increase efficiency and communication during
customer interactions.
Compiled a weekly dashboard of updates from each Lending
Transformation PM and facilitated program meetings.

funds to ensure that the the treasury account remains consistently in

academic semester.
Accurately record all cash flows and communicate relevant updates to

Complete an annual fiscal solvency statement and file any necessary tax
forms to maintain the sororitys financials.

Coordinated a formal charity dinner with entertainment and guest

speakers for 200 guests to educate the attendees on the issue of violence
against women which ultimately garnered over $1400 in proceeds which
were donated.
Marketed the event using social media to garner attention for its cause

throughout the campus community.
