Notebooks that earn a score of 5 are exceptionally well organized, with all entries clearly labeled, color coded, including handouts and practice problems. Notebooks earning a 4 are also well organized with most entries clearly labeled and some handouts and practice problems. Notebooks scoring a 3 are somewhat organized with some clear entries and materials but lacking in completeness.
