HORON
Horon, is a typical folk dance of the Black Sea.
The traditional folk dance of Trabzon is a very fast
played dance.
Horon players wears white and black clothes for many
years.
Men and women link arms and perform together as a
couple, Horons are danced to music of the cura zurna,
cura davul, tulum, kemene.

ZEYBEK
Aegean dance, colorfully dressed male dancers, called "Efe",
symbolize courage and heroism.
The Zeybek folk dance of Turkey differs in style depending
upon the region.
Zeybeks are danced to music of the clarinet and drum .

SPOON DANCES
The Spoon Dance is performed from Konya to Silifke and
consists of gaily dressed male and female dancer.
In dances with the spoons , which are wooden spoons ,
the dancers don't hold on to each other, they dance freely
and apart from each other.
The dancers hold their spoons in their each hand ,which
do change from region to region.

BAR DANCE
The bar dances are played in the East Anatolia and especially
in Erzurum, Erzincan and Agri regions.
Bar" dances are played side by side, shoulder to shoulder
and hand in hand.
The ideal number of dancers is 9 in the bars.
The instruments of our bar dances are davul and zurna.
