QIC Process:
International Arrival:

Upon arrival AC must follow ATC instructions to taxi to spot 3 or 4.

There is no FBO at this location.
Passengers disembark and proceed to authorities building to follow customs and immigration process.
Customs and migratory pre-filled forms are delivered to both, crew and passengers by our representative
to be signed.
When the process with customs and immigration is complete, passengers can proceed through the
Commerical building, where the transportation will be ready.
In General Aviation ramp will be provided with all the services that you requiere.

International Departure:

The ground transportation service for crew or passenger will be coordinated according to your
instructions.
Our team will be at least 2 hours prior departure at the airport in order to prepare and grant required
services and meet the crew members.
Crew and passengers arrival, is through the Commercial terminal building.
Once your flightplan has been filed, this will be coordinated with ATC, remember to request a prior
clearance to Durango Tower frequency 118.100
Pax and crew members proceed to customs and immigration, they will always be assisted by our flight
dispatchers; when the CIQ process finishes, our team will bring the luggage back to the plane, then you
will be ready for departure, Ground support is granted.
