PROGRESS REPORT

INTRODUCTION
SONTOLOYO INDUSTRY Inc. is currenly valved in several project as

high priority
item as : Track Launching,Dock,Pump System,Electric
System And Safety System on VIRGIN beach. Progress has been made on
all of these project, altrough there have been few problems.

WORK COMPLETED
1.Track Launching
Track have been ordered AJBS company. We have asked AJBS
company for a contruction schedule.
2.Dock
Base floor have done build. There size of plate 10 x 25.000 x
100.000/mm finish before 9 march, with completed in 1 april. Side
wall and gate on ordered.
3. Pump System
SANYO Inc. have been installation in main dock. They proceed
a part by part to complete install pump.
4. Electric System
MAJU MUNDUR Inc. was review location and architectur of
dock and accept. electric system on schedule.
5. Safety System
First KURANG AMAN Inc. have new innovation of safety system
in our dock with some ISO specification. and ready to build.

WORK REMAINING
1.Track launching

Weather be problem in delivery track launching, so we have to

wait few days.
2.Dock
We have to wait plate came, the plate cant be delivery
because miss comunication in time ordered.
3. Pump System
SANYO Inc. havent been complete install before dock build
finished.
4. Electric System
MAJU MUNDUR Inc. cant install the electric system on side
wall because side wall in ordered.
5. Safety System
Safety system will be install if the dock have finished.

PROBLEM
Dock : we have to wait plate came, the plate cant be delivery
because miss comunication in time ordered. AJBS company have
some trouble route way to deliver plate because in route will be use
to deliver plate was closed in few days. The problem if plate not on
time we have decrease in work.

CONCLUTION
Altrough few problem still have no solution we have time
before dead line or we can use management solution of MASTER
LIMBAD Inc. as soon as possible.
