activity. Will send more notices.
Dry cleaning bill was over by a little bit
Expenditures for BAHA were over Budget was $200; spending was $600. Money
that came in was $400. Rick thinks he can make up the difference.
Guard spend $65 on candy during the parade which was not in the budget.
It was decided that these line items would be added to the budget for next year.
Band Updates Tom Landrum
Marching Band is done for the season.
Kids were okay with their last performance. It was a good one. Most of them are
ready to move on to Indoor season.
November 28th Christmas Parade
Jazz Band performed at the Boone Village Halloween party.
Jazz Band will perform for the Dove Therapeutic Riding Academy on November 6.
This is a fundraiser for Dove.
The Big Holiday Concert is December 3rd and 4th Tickets went on sale Monday
morning and half the tickets were gone by Monday afternoon.
There are 94 people on the trip to Disney in January. The clinic with Tarpon Springs
has been cancelled. The band will do Universal Studios Movie Sound Track instead.
Linda Cleveland asked if the line item other bands meant Band Class. The
answer was yes.
Orchestra Updates Dave Schurger (by email)
Sinfonia Orchestra to Ball State Friday, November 6th for the Ball State University
High School Orchestra Invitational. They will perform in the morning and take a
tour in the afternoon.
Orchestra is busy getting ready for the Veterans Day Program the Philharmonic
Orchestra will play for this.
Also, preparing for the Winter Concert.
Fundraising Rodney
Gear Store Orchestra Gear orders some were incorrect parents failed to use
the drop down menu to choose Orchestra instead of Marching Band. We will get
new ones for the three orders that had Marching Band on them. Use those as
samples for our next store that will be available for a Black Friday shopping day.

Each item sold is a $5 profit for us.

Dine to Donate was not an overwhelming success. We had 75 people not 75
tables. 29 flyers were turned in. We did net $176 without too much effort. If we
pushed it harder, staple flyers to grocery bags, have a small table inside to raffle
items, etc. We should net more.

Other Items Everyone

Senior Pictures Chris Smithhisler will do pictures during the Holiday Concert

Mattress discussion Bryan proposed the date March 19 Kerry seconded. Next
step will be to set up the parent meeting. Bryan proposed that the Parent Meeting
be at our February 1st Board Meeting. Board would meet at 6:30 and parents will
meet at 7:00. Tom seconded.
Rodney would like to see the Box Mom Coordinator and Pit Crew Coordinator and
other leaders that have some sort of monetary compensation for all of their hard
work. Maybe a $200 stipend or something. This discussion has been moved to the
next meeting.
Endowment Update Lori Byrum
Made about $7,000 from the Second City Fundraiser. Thinks they might have
enough for ZBOP to purchase some instruments.
Matching Funds will continue to the end of March, 2016.
Next meeting will be December 7th, 2015 at 7:00 PM.
Meeting adjourned at 8:15 pm.
