Documentary Competition
Rules and Regulation
1. The documentary competition is open to architecture students.
2. The entry must be an output of a team composed of two (2) participants.
3. The entry should be submitted to the head of the said competition with their
entry number. Do not include identification or trademark to your entry.
4. The entry film must be submitted in dvd format.
5. The entry submitted should be original and provided by the participants.
6. The entry film must be a genre/ category of a documentary film.
7. Submitted entry must align with the Arkiweeks theme: Appreciate the
past, build the future now.
8. The entry should be evolve on from the activities of the 1 st to 2nd day of the
celebration of Arkiweek.
9. Any entry not following the rules, regulations and mechanics are disqualified.
Mechanics
1. The competition and registration opens on December 2, 2015. The deadline
of submission of entries is on December 3, 2015 at 10:00 am. Late entries
will have deduction.
2. Upon registration, an application fee of P30.00 per participant will be
collected along with the list of their name. All entries should be placed inside
a short brown envelope with the rules and mechanics.
3. Duration of the film must be 8 to 15 minutes nor be less than 5 minutes in
length.
4. Obscenity of any kind is not allowed and will lead to immediate
disqualification. Plagiarism is strictly prohibited.
5. Equipment to be used in shooting videos and picture can be cellphone, digital
cameras, DSLR or any medium.
6. All entries will be judged on the following criteria:
