1.0 Loyalty
Tenet: I will remain loyal in my personal, and professional relationships.
Guiding Principle: Loyalty is a strong feeling of support or allegiance. With those who I have already
established relationships with, personal or professional, I will remain loyal to them. These relationships
are important to me and remaining loyal is important to sustain these relationships.
Illustrative Behaviors:
1.1 I will continue to support my personal and professional relationships.
1.2 Keep an open line of communication through any personal or professional relationship.
2.0 Love
Tenet: I will act in a loving manner towards others.
Guiding Principle: When interacting with others whom I know or do not know, I will come from a place
of love, whether it be words or actions. I will avoid acting in hatred. All human beings have worth and
deserve to be treated with love.
Illustrative Behavior:
2.1 Be open-minded and willing to learn about others cultures, beliefs, etc.
2.2 Accept people for who they are.
2.3 Offer help or advice to those who want or need it.
2.4 Avoid being rude or hurtful to others.
2.5 Be respectful.
3.0 Honesty
Tenet: I will be honest with others.
Guiding Principle: When interacting with others I will not lie for personal gain or to deceive others. I will
also be honest with myself and others in my thoughts and actions.
Illustrative Behavior:
3.1 Take ownership of my mistakes.
3.2 Avoid making excuses for mistakes.
3.3 Tell the truth, avoid lying.
