1.What is the important of theories of personality in social work practice?
-The importance of theories of personality in social work practice is the theory will help
the social worker to know the personality of their client, the theory can be also the social
worker guide to solve the problem of the client that they’re facing.
2.How would you describe your personality? What do you like the most?
-I am an introvert person, I always like being alone and I enjoy my own company, but
sometimes I try to communicate with other people because I know how important to
communicate especially to our love ones, I am a person who is quite and shy but I am
also talkative to the people that I am close with. The personality that I like the most to
myself is that I have respect to other people and I don’t choose who I am going to respect,
especially those people who give respect to me at first.
3.What is the definition of personality?
-Based on Oxford Language, Personality is a combination of characteristic or qualities
that form an individual’s distinctive character.
4.What are the factors influence the development of your personality and social
behavior?
-The factors influence the development of my personality and social behavior is my
environment, it could be my family, friends, and community.
5.How do you deal with other personality type?
- I deal with other personality type through respect and boundaries, and I always be
mindful to the words that I am going to say in front of them.
