Meeting Minutes

Agenda Minutes
A motion was made and approved unanimously by majority vote
on all items in the agenda and reflecting on the minutes. New
board members Mr. Davalos and Tere Vasquez were acknowledge.
Arnold & Geraldina are no longer part of the board as per the
president of the association on behalf of the board.
President: Maria M. Salazar Unit 2
Vice President Tere Vasquez Unit 7
Board Member Mr. Davalos Unit 8
Motion was made and board approved by majority unanimously on
all items as reflected on the minutes below: (clarification can be
attained by the president or any board member). The sign-in sheet
and signatures attest to the approval of the items below.
Enforce Late Fees, Tere Vasquez to obtain a quote repairing
damages to swimming pool house, inquire roof repairs initiation,
inquire about paint after roof repairs, management to get paid $400
starting on March and assistant manager accepted, change IBC
account from commercial to residential, send letter to Unit 5 to
enforce bylaw and cease any violation for repairing cars. (see
below).
