Process flow:
1. Project manager (PM)will define the outcome to achieve at the end of the project in
discussion with the team in the form of team meeting(5 minutes)
2. PM will forms small team of equal number of members, allocate work to team(max of 5
members).
1. Architecture team: will prepare the design or documentation before
the building work starts
2. Integration team: will assemble the design
3. Development/implementation team: build the structure according to
the design made by Architecture team
3. PM should communicate the expectation ,mode of operation and protocol to each team (5
minutes)
4. Building should be constructed in 20 minutes
5. PM will present final outcome of the project (5 minutes)
