Reflection 7:

The best strategy that I observed was, the

teacher always reminds the kids that they
should respect each other and if they fights or
did any misbehave, they must apologize. The
teacher always uses the techniques of reward
and punishment, such as giving them a happy
face if they are doing a good job and standing
in the (Mr. sad) corner if they did any
misbehave. This tip was useful to control and
manage the learners. There is some children
are misbehaving and the teacher usually,
depriving them of playing outside, or
sometimes she takes them to the principle. My
MST is patient, and she deal with the problems
positively because she believes that dealing
with problems in a negative way is another
problem. If I were the teacher, I would do the
same, and every teacher should be like that
because she is a role model for her learners in
the future.
