Country Manager

for Bulgaria / Serbia / Hungary / Italy / Portugal / Greece / Polonia


Eligibility criteria:

Experience in business organization, management and operation (not less than 3 years);
Direct B2C sales organization and management;
Experience in the insurance or banking sector (is a must);
Recruitment and personnel training skills;
Strong English language skills (is a must);
Strong skills in one of the following languages (is a must): Bulgarian, Serbian, Hungarian,
Italian, Portuguese, Greek, Polish.
Russian language skills (is a plus);
Possibility to relocate.
Responsibilities:
Organization, monitoring and coordination of the affiliate branch activities;
Maintaining of the high quality customer support;
Organization of customer engagement and customer support processes;
KPI accomplishment;
Spatial planning.
