Spring 2016. I have instructed Jennifer for the past 12 months as a clinical instructor in an acute
care facility as well as in the classroom didactic setting in two separate nursing courses
(medical surgical and maternity).
I have had an opportunity to observe her participation and interaction in class and in the
clinical setting. She is an outstanding student in all respects. Jennifer has proven that through
hard work, follow though, and team work, she can accomplish tasks in a courteous and timely
manner. Jennifer has displayed compassion for her patients as well as established great rapport
with patients. She has been responsible and efficient.
Jennifer is well equipped to grow from challenges that she is presented with. Her excellent
patient care, positive attitude, and flexibility prepare her beautifully for your organization. She
