Background of the study

Loveliness Caf
The loveliness caf will provide the service entertainment to those single person by matching a
date to them knowing each other by not seeing personally because during their date the light will
turn off some employee will assist to them and if they decide to continue their conversation they
will meet out side the caf. The Loveliness caf located in Bonifacio Global City at McKinley
Road will going to rent the space and will start the operation on 2017. The operation of Caf is
24 hours to satisfy the customer and became flexible to their time. The form of our business is
Sole Proprietorship.The owner is Elaine and the three of us were just a stock holder. The
business we are offering is a service type wherein we are giving our service freely to meet the
expectation and satisfaction of our customer. This study will give emphasis on how to become
people oriented in terms of serving our customer personally and directly.
