 Attendance: 60 people – Coram permitted

III. Approval of Minutes

IV. Opening issues 1:

 Focus on decorum this year (respect, listening when people are talking) in
order to achieve condensed meeting length
 Coram: show up to meetings!
 Look through constitution
IV. 2:
 Organize class project in homeroom
 Encourage homeroom teachers to post the activities schedule of the week in
the classroom
 By Friday you must have your homeroom project form submitted
 Come to events throughout the week
IV. 3:
 Grade 9 Senator: Baldon Mitchell
 Grade 10 Senator: Eric Wong
 Grade 12 Senator: Pippa McDougall
IV. 4:
 Every class rep must attend Knightmare Dance
 Spread the word, hype is key
IV. 5:
 Tell your classes about the school supply drive, make it known to your peers
 Donate to it!

V. Statements by executive (Z-Morg, Treasurer):

 $85,004 to distribute
 Forming a Safe Schools committee and needs people to join who have
knowledge in how to better the safety of NSS (drugs, girl fights, etc..)
V. 5 (Natalie, ISD):
 SAC Club charters due tomorrow in SAC mailbox
 Knightmare dance on Friday, October 29 – ALL CLASS REPS MUST ATTEND
 Selling pizza in the front hallway every day
VI. Statements by senators, 1. Briang Leung (grade 11)
 Remove lunch period from early closings
VI. 2. Pippa McDougall (grade 12)
 Bathrooms on first floor are still not open
 Host a fun house/haunted house on Halloween for a fundraiser
VI. 3. Max Berger (foundation)
  24 hour relay coming up – all class reps should go and encourage classmates
to go

 When are tickets being sold for the Knightmare dance?
o The week before the dance (potentially two weeks before dance)
 What’s up with the NT rivalry?
o Direct Z-Morg quote: “The tradition of fighting for honor… TRUE NSS
PRIDE!”
 Do classes have to raise a specific amount for United Way Week?
o No
 When are the new drinks coming into the vending machines?
o Very shortly, as soon as the current drinks run out
