Meeting minutes

Opening:
The regular meeting for the Andrew Davis & Sean Parsons Scholarship Fund was
called to order at 7:10 on by Ben
Present: Easton, Maison, Taylor, Ben, Alex, Joehl
Approval of minutes: matt made and motion and Easton seconded.
Treasure Report: $6435.09. With interest. No treasure report to be made.
Old Business:
 Letter to funeral home has been made.

New Business:
 Set norms for meetings.
 Don’t talk when others are talking, no cell phones, any drawing pictures,
any texting, pay attention, no fighting over foods or drinks.
 Church service for Andy and Sean. November 14th. At 9:00 am
 Fundraiser ideas: youker tournament, bowling fundraiser, video game
tournaments, poker tournaments, bunch of different card games, board
game tournament, open skate at glacier, ping pong tournament.
 Month ideas: March for youker tournament, bowling: summer, February
for ping pong tournament, whirly ball.
 Maison and Taylor will ask about ping pong tournament at school.
 Ping pong maybe during the week.
