    ANSWER. 1

    The communication breakdown occur in this situation is that the owner Tim does not behave
    in a good way. there is a lack of courtesy and politeness .and he even not wait properly for
    Rex reply as he want to explain the reason that why he is late he started further . Rex also
    feels irritation on this behavior. There is also lack of proper words. Tim not even used good
    words and behaiour.

    This situation is occur due to.
    AS Rex is a fry cook in Tim Restaurant and last two evening he comes late on the work.
    As he went to meet his mother . who was in hospital . 2o mills away from his resturent. And
    he is late due to traffic jam .
    Due to his lateness Tim pay over time to his employs and due to his lateness his work is
    disturbed. So the Maine reason behind this is the lateness of Rex.

    ANSWER 3
    This situation can be control that Tim must behave in a good way .Ask the reason that why he
    late wait for reply give a chance to Rex that he should explain the reasons due to which he is
    late .
    And not taking any action against him but must be help him. So that he must satisfy his
    employees .
