It is our understanding that Augusta County would like to execute a Guaranteed Richmond Maximum Price GMP contract with R Allen LLC Based on our 75 pricing exercise we W produced a GMP number of 29 After a thorough estimate reconciliation meeting 00 109 471
with Heery we were able to reduce the GMP nunaber However we still exceeded the established GMP of 27 Therefore R W Allen has developed the attached list of 00 000 900

scope clarification savings and value engineering ongoing items in an effort to achieve the
desired GMP

R W Allen LLC will execute the GMP contract in the amount of 27 based on the 00 000 900

project cost reconciliation and the acceptance ofthe attached value engineering items which are
required to achieve the desired GMP
