Should be present whenever the employer wants him to be.

Job Evaluation:
He does his job very well in controlling the guards, lift-man and generator-man, giving bills. But he is not always regular when he was called in different flats for work. He is working for his present employer around two years. He has to work seven days a week and his monthly salary is 7000 taka. He gets yearly two times leave. He gets half bonus in both eids. His salary increases in every year.

Job Satisfaction:
Abdullah thinks he has a lot of responsibility but he is not being well paid. According to him, as the daily life expenditure is increasing day by day, so a salary of seven thousand taka per month is not sufficient to maintain his family of nine members. So, he wants at least ten thousand taka as he cant run his family properly with this little income. I think he has a lot of responsibility but he is being paid a minimal amount.

Job Satisfaction:
Mili is a good employee. But she is unhappy with her salary. It is very difficult for her to maintain her family with this money. With her and her husbands salary she has to maintain her family and has to give money in village to her in laws family. She said that if she get 7000 or 8000 taka it will be good for her. From my point of view I think she should give leave with payment. Her work seems easy but very difficult to do.

Mondol is a good employee. He is doing his job very well. But he is so unhappy with his salary and all the systems. It is very difficult for him to maintain his family with this money. He has to retain his expenses and familys also. Because he is the only person who is working in his family. From my point of view I think its not fair to not paying them when they are in leave. It is impossible for a person to do work without any leave. They should yearly increase salary. His work seems easy but very difficult to do.
