Sub: Heavy water leakage observed on top celling in bedroom and passage area Respected sir, I undersigned living in room no. 301 wish to inform that on 21-4-11 at 11.00Am there is heavy water leakage observed from top celling of bed room and passage area. The water was dropping on the electric board. We have taken immediate action that we had cut off the electric supply of the room. Otherwise it will be major mishap for our building. After shut off of main water line valve, the dropping of the water stooped. From above situation it is clear that room no. 401 does not carried any water proofing in his room. It will lead to invite water leakage in further also. Due to heavy water leakage from top ceiling in the bed room and passage area, there is loss/damages peeling off new paint. The above situation caused very unconvinced to us, since my wife was very much tense to tackle the situation. Hence, I requested you to find out the source of leakage and ensure to stop it immediately and recover my loss/damages. This is third incident that I am writing this letter to society for leakage problem from room no.401. I will not approach to room no.401s gentleman directly,because I have a very bad experience with room no.401s gentleman that last time when I approached him regarding the toilet leakage, Mrs. of room no.401s gentleman had quarreled with me, and lodged false complaint against me to the society, and no proper justice is given to me by the Society. I hereby request you to give me the concrete solution on this by written communication to recover the loss. Your co- operation in this regard is highly appreciated. REMINDER
Sub: Heavy water leakage observed on top celling in bedroom and passage area Respected sir, With ref. to letter given to you on 22/4/11, about water leakages from room no.401, which damage my bed room, loft celling area and bedroom wall. Respected secretary inspected this after submitting my previous letter and confirm that room no. 401 will recover all the damages. Two week before one of the contractor visited and seen the work which has to be done. But till date no action is carried out. I hereby request you to give me the concrete solution on this by written communication; otherwise I have no option but to stop the payment of monthly maintenance from June 2011 till to recover the loss.
