    Above price is based on LME copper price of USD 7000/ ton @ rate of exchange of 1 Euro = 1.48
    USD. The final price will be fixed on the date of approval of the manufacturing drawing.
    2. The copper price will be the one reported by LME (as specified above) on the same day we will
    receive the Zucchini drawings approved and the percentage variation will be evaluated between this
    price and the one fixed in this quotation.
    3. The price is based on CNF Doha Port.

    Delivery: 1. 8-10 European Working weeks Ex-Works Factory, Italy after the approval of manufacturing drawing
    and L/C.
    2. Delivery of the material shall be completed in one shipment. Part delivery cannot be accepted.
    Payment: - 25% Advance, 75% by irrevocable and confirmed L/C payable against shipping documents. All
    bank charges to openers account.
