    Dear Sir,

    We have not yet received the order for the subject supply which was made by verbal request
    by your good-self.

    We have already submitted the invoice in triplicate, delivery challan as well as guarantee
    certificate.
    A copy of each is enclosed herewith for your kind perusal.

    Please kindly arrange for the early release of the order as well as the payment expeditaly, since
    the supply has been made way back in August 2008.
