Operations
Supervised, coordinated and trained concierge staff and security staff, which included providing daily tasks, meetings to review

Responded to resident pull cord situations, which ranged from medical emergencies to burned food smoke.
Ensured the unit turnovers were done in a sixty-day time period; such as scheduling of cleaning, repairs, painting, new flooring,
and inspection with Maintenance Supervisor regarding the final walk through.
Worked directly with contractor, residents, and maintenance regarding outstanding construction issues for 165 residential
