Towhomitmayconcern,

IampleasedtowritethisletterofreferenceforMaggieDietrichinregardstoherworkwith
theYoungEntrepreneurProgramduringthe20152016schoolyear.Maggieeagerly
volunteeredhertimetoensurethattheprogramwouldrunsmoothlyasitenteredRoy
WilsonLearningCentreforthefirsttime.Maggieattendedeverymeetingthatshewasasked
to,andalsomadesuretoattendeveryclasssessionwiththestudents.

Maggiewasalwayseagertoentertheclassroom,thisexcitementandpassionforteaching
wasreflectedinthestudentlearningthatoccurred.Thestudentswerealwayseagerand
engagedduringthelessonsMaggiewaspresenting,Sheconnectedtoeachstudentinthe
classtoensurethattheyallhadequallearningopportunities.Maggiequicklybecamearole
modelforthestudentsinherclass,andtheysuggestedthattheyweresadshewouldntbe
comingback.Theteacheroftheclassroomalsobroughtforwardherpleasurefromhaving
Maggieinherclass.Maggieswillingnesstogoaboveandbeyondmadeherclassroomtime
mostsuccessful.

ItwasapleasuretohaveMaggiebeapartoftheYEPteam,herconfidenceanddevotionin
regardstotheprogramensuredthatitwasapositiveexperienceforherstudents.
