Narrative Report on Language Assessment For

Primary Grades 2016
After checking the attendance of the examinees based on the registered
examinees and the school form 2. It was found out that one female was absent due
to illness out of 7 registered examinees, 3 males and 4 females. And it was decided
that 4 pupils will take the exam in the morning and 2 pupils in the afternoon
because of the insufficient number of test booklets and answer sheets which was
only 5, thus after the entrance and seating arrangement, orientation of the
examinees, distributing and checking the test booklets and answer sheets. The
morning examinees started the filling in of information in their answer sheets
immediately and started their test proper at exactly 9:45 and ended at 11:55 while
the 2 pupils took their exam at 1:00 PM and ended at 3:30.
2 copies of answer sheets were photo copied for the 2 pupils who took their
exam in the afternoon and used two of the test booklet 1.
