Reaction Paper
Professionalism is not a label, it is a description that any body else should
apply within theirselves. Mr. Jonathan T. Magsinoo and Miss Jiza Misterio was a
very good people who really inspire us..
Miss Jiza Misterio is very approachable person. At her age 23, i think that she
have not enough experience because based on our questions to her she answer
it well but it is somewhat lacking of information and she based her answer on
what she known in a short time as a manager.I noticed that her answers are short
to our questions and she only gave limited examples because she felt ashamed
and maybe she only avoided to give not so sure information because she was
young for that position. She always say that everything is on the right process.
When Mr. Jonathan t. Magsinoo arrived, he look strict. And when he speaks,I
noticed that he has a sense of humor. He also learned to amuse . But when he
spoke , there prudence. But I feel that when he speaks , you listen because it is
important to relinquish his words . No dull moment as we listen to him. And when
he answered our questions, it is straight to the point and he gave many example.
He always put himself in the situation as his example and he also put us as
example. He knew how to handle people. Obviously he has so many experiences
in his field, I think he started as an ordinary employee that why he knew how hard
working is because he knew how to handle problem with regards to their job. He
always based on proper procedure all the responsibility as an HR Manager. I

remember what he said that an HR Manager is cost center, public servant, and a
support in anything. He also said that when you become manager, you must earn
the courtesy of your fellow worker for you to respect, as what he said, you ness
an iron hand which will guide them to right path.

Based on our interview, I can say that when we have a long experience
working it is easier to understand handling people.it is more believable if the
information came form those who have spent years before they achieve what
position they are now. For me, Mr. Jonathan T. Magsinoo gave justice and
clarified to us the question we wanted him to answer. He is willing to answer the
question that we asked to him. Mr. Jonathan never been selfish to share to us
what he know, in fact, because of the limited time that are given to us, we wanted
to talk to him because we know that we will learn from him. Even Ms. Jiza answer
our questions to her, I think her answer was brief. He dont get what she really
want to say on her answer to us. But because she just work 3 years, we
understand her. Three years maybe is not enough for her to share what she just
learned on her own as an HR Manager. But we really appreciate what she share
to us. We really had a good time talking to both of them.
