Process Verbal (Verbal Agreement)

(Individuals): Robin Stanford and; Jackie Peniero at 888-774 7979 ext: 111; on
April 05, 2,005 at or around 1: 46 pm of legal representation for American Map
Corporation; a Langenscheidt Publication, before me the undersigned, Steven V. Arroyo,
D b a, DESBIC AGENDA International Foundation, a partnership for peace,
subscribed to within an instrument and acknowledged that: caller I D # 714 377-8903,
was given approval to allow the map of Africa, to which the individuals named are, or
claimed to be legal Parties to the Copyright orders of my use age of the maps to be
displayed in a Foundation of learning class that I m a Party to as co-coordinator. Also the
claimant Steven V. Arroyo, stated that he has photos of himself in front and behind the
African maps in particular, that serve as an entity, which makes him appear more
photogenic. Also the Claimant, Steven V. Arroyo stated per verbal agreement, that he had
called previously and was evidently approved somewhat in view of the same
circumstances; proceeding to teach an humanitarian class of a foundation that had not
become as successful as could least be anticipated. The subject of would it be O K to
have photos taken of my humanitarian efforts to teach peace, and to have the Africa map
backdrop behind me without further cause or financial retribution at least until my efforts
in business succeeds further without incident, and perhaps it could further American Map
Corporation devices into a map acquisition buying condition thereabouts.

Jackie Peniero then proceeded to refer that matter over to a higher legal associate, whose
name was Robin Stanford I D # 800 232-6277 ext.141; at or around 1:51 pm that same
day of record, April 05, 2,005; notations of the same aforementioned descriptions were
conveyed to Robin Stanford; who charismatically descended upon an opinion of consent
and approval; and may this registry of acknowledgment and approval along with the
blessings of the underlying cause for the foundation, stand beside they and the American
Map Corporation and publishing company, in and for the course of judgment and legal
actions that prevailed that day, and serve to benefit the output and sales of the said group
of organizers from this day forward and for future generations to believe here withal.
