: IMPLIMENTATION OF POLICY IN WEARING OF PROPER UNIFORM

AND SCHOOL I.D.s

1. We are now in the middlwe of the semester but it has been observed that many students
are coming to school not wearing the prescribed uniform for Monday/Wednesday and
Tuesday/Thursday.
2. This is a reiteration of the approved guidelines pertaining to the college policy, and a
reminder to all concerned-deans, faculty members, and students leader- of their duty to
enforce it and to mete out appropriate sanctions to violators.
3. Be reminded, too, that crossed dressing are not allowed while we respect the sexual
perferences of gay/lesbian students the dress code should be enforced appropriately
4. The school uniforms and ID are symbol of college, hence they should bo worn as
prescribed in the guidelines (herein attached) and with dignity.

GUIDELINES IN WEARING UNIFORMS AND ID FOR THE STUDENTS

Wearing of uniforms by PHINMA-UPang students will be strictly enforced staring on Monday,

September 5, 2016.the committee tasked by the college president thru MEMO No. 16 series of 2016
prepared the following guidelines which were unanimously approved by the COO of the school.
1. Every Monday and Wednesday, the prescribed uniform is:
1.1. university uniform for first and second year and black shoes
1.2. Corporate attire for 3rd to 5th year
2. For Tuesday and Thursday , the prescribed uniform is:
2.1. University uniform for first year(Tuesday) and RSO (Thursday)
2.2. RSO of there course for 2nd year to 5th year
