Working/Method:
In this 4-bit binary counter circuit, 555 timer IC is a LED flasher and is used for time
delays of 1 second whose output in displayed through Light Emitting Diodes (LEDs)
. Resistor are connected with LEDs just to make safety for LEDs. IC 4520 is a 4-bit
dual binary counter mainly used for four-bit counting. This Dual Binary Counter IC is
receiving pulses every second from 555-timer IC , when circuit is powered the
ouputs are in binary numbers through LEDs.Capicitor is used to maintain a fixed
count of pulses.

Reason For Using Bread Board:
I prefered using bread board because it is convenient to use, I am not Effiecient in
solding, also due to use of breard board I can also make changes/improvisations in
my project and I was able to correct my mistakes during placing components. In
using wiro board once solded component it is not easy to un-sold it from board.
Selection Of Project(Reason):
I used Internet for finding ideas of project . I did not go to market because I was
short of time for going market . I went to library and searched different books but I
did not find convenient project ideas for me. In the last I used internet for finding
different project ideas. At last, I found this idea of making Binary Counter from

Problems In Making Project:
I faced problems during connecting components and connecting wires but I
resembled again and again and then I got it right.
