works. And as per our discussions I had with you the other day, I am enclosing herewith our
preliminary quotation for your consideration.
JOB SCOPES.
1) Hack / dismantle current structure of kitchen area, clear and remove from site.

2) To build 2 storey building which attached to existing building for 400 feet square.

iii)
Extension of rooms

iv)
Extension of kitchen with counter top.
RM 18,000.00
v)
Full wall tiles and floor tiles.

Plaster ceiling
RM 3,000.00
vii)
Rewiring(not including fittings)
RM 4,000.00
viii) Others (sanitary, doors, paintings,
Acid wash and clearing)
RM 5,000.00
All those stated above jobs are subjected to supply materials, equipment, machineries, trucks,
and man power to dismantle and construct completely with tiles finishing, and necessary toilets
fittings.
The LUMP SUM = RM 80,000.00 only.

I believe this includes all specifications, options and terms we discussed. If not, please let me
know the missing part so I may revise the quotation to meet your needs.
