Dear Sir,
We acknowledge with thanks your enquiry. Please find enclosed our best offer as per the terms and conditions mentioned below:
CVD/Excise:- As applicable, will be charged at actual.
Addl. CVD:- As applicable, will be charged at actual.
Sales Tax:- 2% against C Form.
Freight:- To Pay.
Pkg. & Handling:- 0.75 % of Value.
Insurance:- By consignee.
Delivery Period:- 6 to 8 weeks from the date of receipt of onfirmed order.
Mode of Payment:- By RTGS/Cheque.
Other Terms:- Interest will be charged @ 15% p.a. for delayed payment from the due date.
Note:- Road permit, if applicable should be sent along with the purchase order.
Minimum order value shall be Rs.30,000/-.
Warranty:- Spares are warranted for a period of 12 months from the date of despatch or 18 months from the date of installation, whichever is
earlier.
This offer is valid for 30 days from date of Offer subject to prior sales. If not otherwise stated General Terms and Conditions-2015(GTC) for Sale
of Spare Parts shall be binding.

NOTE: For spares required urgently EURO 500 will be charged seperately in Invoice. Spares will be avaliable at Khopoli stores in a weeks time
provided if the material avaliable in Kampen stock.
