In my letter, I clearly indicated that I want to buy 300 pieces of black, medium-sized,
Softex shirts. However, when I received and checked the delivery, there were only 260
shirts which means that you failed to deliver 40 more pieces.

Please send the forty pieces of shirt within this month through JRS Express. Thank you.

delivered. We are extremely sorry that we have not been able to be mindful to your
purchases. We really regret to inform you that the failure was caused by neglect and
being inattentive. However, the forty missing pieces is now being delivered to your
address. We believe it will arrive in two days.

unfocused service and the inconvenience it has caused you. It was due to the fact that
