Flourless Bread Recipe

Ingredients:

4 eggs

90 grams of walnuts

100 ml of water

90 grams of flaxseed

90 grams of sunflower seeds

a pinch of salt

90 grams of sesame seeds

90 grams of pumpkin seeds

teaspoon of baking soda

Instructions:

First, start by whisking the egg whites with a pinch of salt in a bowl. Then, add the baking soda and the water.
Next, ground the seeds into a fine flour and mix them with the other ingredients. You should bake the bread for 50
minutes at 180 C (350 F).
