From 2013, the total enrolment has


significantly decreased by 29 or 5.26%. As
to the gender, both male and female
enrolment has decreased. This can be
attributed to the opening of integrated
school which is very convenient to those
who transferred and change of residence.

PROJECTS
RMDP (Reading & Math
Development Program) - this
program started in 2010 and
continuously implemented in current
school year. This program aims to
strengthen the reading comprehension
and mathematical ability of the
students and improve their skills in
solving mathematical problem.

Remedial Program this is a


special empowerment program of the
school for weak students in
Mathematics, English and Science. It
this program, the teacher devotes
extra and quality time to academically
weak students at their own initiative
every afternoon, after school hours.
Mentoring the Mentee (Peer Tutoring) it
is an organized learning experience by the teachers
in which students work in pairs or small groups to
provide each other with explicit teaching support. In
this program, one academically exceling student
known as a Mentor serves as a teacher or tutor to
another academically weak student or the Mentee to
increase their academic performance in school as
well as to improve reading comprehension and
eradicate non-numerates.

Balik Eskwela ay Mahalaga (BEM)


encourages students to enrol and to eradicate drop-
out by having monthly activities where students
involvement were highlighted.
School Beautification Project (SBP) it
aims to continuously improve and beautify the
physical plant including the buildings, classrooms
and ground of the school through the joint effort of
the entire members of the school community.

Construction/Repair funded by the
Architecture Sans Frontieres and the Rotary
Club of Macau Central. Eight wall fans were also
given for these two rooms

Instructional Materials, Laptops


and Printer Donation initiated by
Architecture Sans Frontieres and the
Rotary Club of Macau Central. The school
has receivedthree laptops, one printer and
boxes of instructional materials from the
major stakeholders.
Bookshelves Donation - The
Architecture Sans Frontieres and the
Rotary Club of Macau through the
effort of the Rotary Club of Metro
Roxas have donated bookshelves for
the library.

Educational Books Donation -


The Silver and Gold through the
representation of Mark Ortiz, has
donated boxes of educational books
for the library.
