PTA BINGO:
We will be hosting a Bingo night on April 21, 2017. Please be on the look-out for additional information
regarding the details of this event. If you would like to assist with the planning and execution of this

ELECTIONS:
This afternoon, April 20th at 5:30 p.m. the voting for next years PTA Executive Board will take place at our
General PTA Membership Meeting. If you have any questions, contact us at jmarlanwalkerpta@gmail.com.
REGISTRATION CONTINUES
Registration for the 2017-2018 school year is quickly approaching as the new school year starts on August
14, 2017. Parents please make sure you are registered in Infinite Campus. You should have a log-in and
password. If you have not yet created your log-in and password, come into the office at Walker and see
Mrs. Hodge. She will provide you with instructions of how to set up your account. If you have a log-in, but
have forgotten the password, come into the schools office with your identification so that new password
can be set-up. Please refer to the attached flyer.
WELCOME
Its great to welcome Daniel Crawford, our new Site Based Tech. His timing is perfect as we move full
speed ahead into SBAC testing.
ARBOR DAY: Arbor Day is celebrated on Friday, April 28, 2017. It is a great time for
planting a tree. The founder of Arbor Day, J. Sterling Morton stated: Each generation
takes the earth as trustees. We ought to bequeath to posterity as many forests and
orchards as we have exhausted and consumed.
