Sub:- HRMS- Verification of the details of all the Engineers in HRMS-Regarding.

It is to inform that the Employee Details from Engineers-in-Chief to AEE/AEs and

NTPAs are placed in the website www.irrigation.ap.gov.in under Employee Details
column.
Therefore all the Unit Officers/Employees are requested to verify the Id No,
Name of the Employee, Designation, Place of Working, Date of Birth.If any deviations
noticed intimate to this office through e-mail (encawap@gmail.com) for necessary
corrections/rectifications on or before 31.10.2015. It is also informed that any
corrections/rectifications will not be entertained at later date.
The employees whose ID number (Allotted by PAO/DTO) kept blank may be
informed to this office for updation.
The Unit Officers are also requested to update the Office contact Details using
Update office Contact details service.Further Mobile Numbers of the Employees using
Update Employee Contact Details in HRMS.
It is also informed that this information cannot be carried to courts as evidence
unless authenticated by the competent authority.

This may be treated as most urgent.
