Asst Prof Zhou Yi suggested that the LTA can work with town councils, businesses, schools and National Parks to demarcate bicycles parking zones, and users have to return their bikes by scanning the QR code or RFID. The virtual docking system can also allow collection of data to assess demands and usage trends.
