 Important Work Done During The Month

Sr.No Date Work Done

1. 3/10/2013 In the FM Rainbow (R&S) transmitter, one PA having
serial no. 102443 after getting repaired was installed.The
PA and the transmitter are working OK.
2 7/10/2013 There were frequent PA failures in the FM Rainbow
transmitter. The RF cable in output stage of PA-2 and
PA-3was found burnt at one side. The same was re-
soldered, after which the transmitter started working ok.
3. 11/10/2013 One defective PA having serial no. 102351 after getting
repaired was installed in the FM Rainbow
transmitter(R&S). The transmitter is working ok.
4. 25/10/11 There was non-availability of signal in the C-band
receivers. The LNBC in the 6.2m PDA was defective. The
same was replaced.The LNBC polarization was also fine
tuned with the servo control. Now C-band reception is
normal.
