Highlighted Problem

I found that most of the pupils from this school do not greet the teachers whenever
they pass by or meet them. The pupils do not practise greeting the teachers.

Problems analysis

I noticed that the pupils do not greet the teachers and staff whenever they run into
them. In classrooms, I have also noticed that my pupils do not knock the door ask for
permission to come in to the class and they go to their sitting place straightaway
without greeting the teacher.

Problems Solution

My practicum partner and I planned to greet the pupils every day and every time
whenever a pupil passed by.

Futher actions

Conducting a speech on interpersonal skills and ethics during assembly.

Effectiveness

Giving a speech in English and about the pupil mannerism seems to be ineffective
because most pupils do not understand English. Pupils would also forget about the
topic in just few minutes or hours.

Conclusion

I hope that this conflict will be solved and enhance the pupils involvement as a
whole and be better respectful and disciplined leaders.
