Subject: Request for ONE WEEK grant of attendance in compliance to Internship.

Respected Sir,
It is stated that I, Muhammad Saad Khan S/o Muhammad Jawed Khan bearing roll no.
14ME121, am currently enrolled in the Final Year of BE Mechanical Engineering and the
United Energy Pakistan Limited (UEPL) has approved my internship during this summer
vacation for a period of 6 weeks, starting from 12th June 2017. But our summer vacation is of 4
weeks as per the universitys academic calendar, i.e. from 10th June to 9th July 2017.

Sir, I will be highly grateful to you if you can approve the grant of attendance of one week, dated
10th - 14th of July 2017. Thus, allowing me to complete my 5th week of internship, whereas I can
request UEPL for the adjustment of the 6th week.
