II. Work In progress and Today Activities

Item. 11218H
Install temporary lifting and pig barrel (launcher and receiver) for pigging 6
HP line from HBA to HAA
Status:
- Transfer pig barrel from previous location (HL and HLB cluster)
- Temporary platform already installed
Remaining job:
At HAA cluster:
- Install pig barrel and additional valve (6 #600 BV), need for temporary lifting.
- Install 3 temporary line for return line while pigging activity
- Install 1 drain line from pig barrel to sump tank
At HBA cluster:
- Install pig barrel and modification 6 line for pigging activity completed with barred tee,
need for temporary lifting.
- Install 3 kicker line, connected to existing 6 HP line.
- Install 1 venting line and 1 drain line to sump tank
NB: Please coordinate with Handil inspection team (Mr. Hariyadi) due to all temporary line for
pigging activity which will be operated under pressure (kicker and return line) need for NDT
and hydro tested.

III. Main Events on the Period.

Install 4 and 3 flushing line at HGC
Status:
There is one outstanding for this item, i.e, repair one joint at 3 line due to porosity/worm
hole. As per planning from CPA/PRD, the existing line (3 sch. 40) will be displaced with
new line (3 sch. 80), started from reducer 4x3 to 3 #900 ball valve (downstream of F-
7501). This item will be closed by new item, please coordinate with site planner regarding
this item.

Dismantle temporary lifting and pig barrel at HL and HLB
Status:
- Pig barrel already dismantled (2 ea)
- Dismantled Scaffolding
- Dismantled 6 temporary line, 3 kicker and return line, drain and venting
- All temporary lifting at HLB already dismantled.
Remaining:
- Dismantled temporary platform.

Modification of 8 HP line at HX for pigging preparation
Status:
Completed

Item. 11661H
Install barred tee at 6 HP line HXA for pigging preparation HBA to HAA.
Status:
- Hot bolting activity, for spading preparation
- Install scaffolding.
- Install temporary lifting
Remaining:
Install barred tee at HXA gathering line (1 point), with job sequence as follows:
a. De-pressurize of 6 HP line
b. Spading activity
c. Flushing 6 HP line using water injection from HGC, outlet at 2 FG line at HE cluster.
d. Dismantle 6 #600 ball valve.
e. Pre-heat, until 100 degrees Celsius.
d. Install barred tee, by fillet welding.
e. PWHT, 200 degrees Celsius, holding 2 hours.
f. NDT.
g. De-spading and normalization of 6 HP line.

- Replace valve, if not full bore.
