Job Title: Senior M&E Officer

Job Summary: To provide direction and effective running of the M&E and Logistics system of
the Prime Health projects. The GF Investing for impact against TB and HIV grant
will help reduce the HIV and TB burden in Nigeria where PHRI will be
implementing the grant in 5 states.

Relationship: Report to the Project Lead

Locations: Lagos State

Prime Health Response Initiative Formerly known as Hygeia Foundation is implementing Global
Fund to fight AIDS, TB and Malaria, (GFATM) Project under the New Funding Model
implementation in 4 states as Sub-recipient (SR) under the Family Health International (FHI360)
who is the Principal Recipient (PR) for HIV/AIDS component of the Global Fund.

PHRI is charged with the responsibility to provide Treatment Adherence, Care and Support
services to clients in all Global Fund supported facilities in 4 States which are; Osun, Ondo,
Niger and Kwara states.

Job Description:

Develop monthly and quarterly work plan for the unit.

Report data weekly, Monthly and quarterly internally and externally to divers stakeholders
Weekly Data review, analysis & feedback
Attend stakeholders meetings monthly
Ensure state conduct DQA and other relevant meetings monthly or other wise
Ensure state conduct M&E training monthly where necessary
Develop and review progress of activities in the M/E work plan monthly
Conduct strategic mentoring visit activities for both M/E activities.
Conduct Research studies development & implementation every six months and yearly. Periodic
evaluation of PHRI programs not less than once a year.

Qualification
MBBS or any Bachelors Degree or HND
Minimum of 5 years Post graduation Experience
Masters degree in Public health or social sciences or any other relevant degree is desirable.
Requisite skills and competencies in Monitoring and Evaluation preferably through specialized
trainings
Ability to carry out data analysis.
Understanding of HIV data management
