(2) A natural person/legal entity shall be fined with a charge in the amount of
to denar if s/he acts contrary to the provisions in Article XX of this Law.
(3) Besides the charge for the offence referred to in paragraph (1) of this Article,
the natural person/legal entity shall also be sentenced to imprisonment up to
three months.
b) If the penalty provision refers to a misdemeanour:
(1) The natural person/legal entity shall be fined with a charge in the amount
of to euro in denar equivalent for a misdemeanour if:

(2) The responsible person in the legal entity shall also be fined with a charge
in the amount of to euro in denar equivalent for the actions referred
to in paragraph (1) of this Article.
(3) For the misdemeanour referred to in paragraph (1) of this Article, besides
a charge, a safety measure can also be pronounced prohibition to practise
profession, activity or duty in duration from XX months to XX years.
Chapter IV
I I I . T R ANSITIONAL AND FINAL PROVISIONS

The procedures which have commenced before the date of entry into force of
this Law shall be completed in accordance with the provisions effective prior to the
entry into force of this Law.
Article 8
The bylaws laid down with this Law shall be adopted within XX months from
the date of entry into force of this Law.
Ar t i c l e 9
Witht the entry into force of this Law, the Law on (Official Gazette of the
Republic of Macedonia No. 00/00) shall cease to be valid. / This Law shall cease to
be valid with the accession of the Republic of Macedonia to the European Union.
Ar t i c l e 1 0
This Law shall enter into force on the eight day from the date of its publication
in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia.
