    Work Detail:
    1. Installation of 310 running feet MS Pipe
    2. Installation of 4 Fan coil units
    3. Connecting Units with main lines,
    4. Power connections

    Comments:
    According to initial design 350 feet of MS pipe was purchased to complete the
    lines but during the progress of the work, 40 feet of pipe was saved by the
    service provider, but they refused to less the labor cost came as a result of
    reducing the length. After negotiation they agreed to share the 50% of the loss.
    Rs. 2000/- shall be deducted from the agreed labor cost from the service
    provider.
