The studys synthesis :

Psychological pressure, Behavior and the Doctor.
Rsum de ltude :
Cette tude pour objective de faire une recherche sur : la pression
psychologique et son influence sur le comportement des mdecins travaillant
dans les centres sanitaires existant dans la ville de m'silla.
Cette tude pratique faite comme une introduction dans le but de savoir
les diffrentes forces professionnels et organisationnels des variables influent
les mdecines..
Et telle que le traitement de toutes les recherches ;il faut quon
commence avec des questions spcifiques montrent ces procdures, alors cette
tude contenu des questions formes comme suivant : La question
principale et les questions secondaires .
*La question principale est : Quelles sont ses effets ngatives sur les
mdecines ?
*Les questions secondaires sont :
1-Est que cette pression termine par montre les symptmes sur le
mdecin?
2-Quelles sont les causes et les sources de la pression psychologique ?
3-Quelles sont les rsultats espres des ces pressions sur les
mdecins ?
-Aussi, cette tude est divise deux parties, la premire thorique et la
deuxime pratique applicable. Le ct thorique prsente trois chapitres. Le
premier chapitre traite limportance des pressons, ses mcanismes et ses
rfrences dans une forme gnrale ; et il presse sur les causes des pressions
relies la pratique de la mdecine. Le deuxime chapitre conclue le
comportement humain et le troisime insiste sur les centres sanitaires et le
mdecin qui travaille l bas.
-Mais, le ct pratique applicable ; on la diviser 2 chapitres ; lun est
pour limiter le champ de ltude, o on montre la catgorie de ltude. Et la
mthode ncessaire qui est la mthode clinique aussi pour identifier les
moyennes utiles afin dexcuter cette tude ; par exemple : Le test de
Holmez ; observation ; interview etc.
-Ce qui concerne le ct applicable ; il containe la presentation et
lexplication des rsultats quon a eu ; tous a pour le but de savoir les
comportements psychologiques et physiques caus par les pressions, leurs et
les distances stratgiques de ses pressions.
-La recherche se termine par introduire un nombre de conseils qui ont
pour objective la protection de ces effets mdicales ; et leur effets ngative sur
le comportement des mdecines encore leurs ides et activits dans le travail.

Cette tude vise dterminer le stress chez les mdecins les centres
